Please note that prices may increase due to increased prices from our suppliers. In such case, we'll let you know. If you decide to cancel the order, we'll issue you a full refund when prepaid. We'll make every effort to be accurated in our pricing and description as possible. You are agreeing to these terms and conditions if you are doing business with us. Thank you.
We currently accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) through PayPal for secured transaction. We also accept bank wire transfer for bulk and international orders.
Our Return Policy
Top3 Racing stands by the workmanship of the products we sell. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. Contact the manufacture to resolve product specific problem.
If you decide to return the item, please contact our Customer Service Department via the Contact Us link below. We can only accept merchandise for return or exchange provided that it is returned within 15 days (7 days on ebay) from the purchased date.
Returned product and packaging must be in NEW condition. Merchandise is not eligible for return if an attempt has been made to install it, it is missing items such as booklets, packaging, etc.
You must provide a copy of your invoice and instructions on how you like your return to be handled with the returned parts. (Refund, Exchange, Etc.) Returned items must be shipped prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D returns.
Special ordered items and electrical items are not returnable.
All "Accepted" items are subject to a minimum 30% handling / restocking fee.
All item must be approved prior to returning them. Core returns must be cleaned and in rebuildable condition to be approved for return. Uncleaned cores are subject to a $20 cleaning fee.
Some parts on this web site may not be legal for sale or use in your home State or Country. Please check with your local authorities before ordering.
