This unique comfort controller can be installed by anyone with the help of our detailed installation manual. Installation requires little electronic skills and is done without cutting wires or soldering! The module comes with all wires and parts needed.
No need for extra key fobs. Everything is done with the original key remote.
The control unit was designed by our certified engineer, having years of experience on Porsche and Mercedes Benz vehicle electronics. It was developed according to all European and American (CE, FCC) directives and constitutes a state-of-the-art electronic onboard control unit. Over-voltage protection, reverse polarity protection, safety shut-off and absolutely minimal standby power drain can be taken for granted.

Product Features:
- Comfort roof control while driving: Within a programmable speed limit the roof can be operated automatically with a short push of the open or close button.
- Direction of center console top and sunroof button reprogrammable to "pull to open", "push to close" if desired.
- Window position after top open: Single click opens roof and windows. Double click opens roof and raises windows.
- Window position after top close: Single click closes roof and windows. Double click closes roof, windows stay down.
- Comfort Sunroof operation: Single button tap closes sunroof and all windows.
- Deluxe Mode allows starting engine during remote roof operation. Also allows turning the engine off, getting out and locking the doors, while the top is still closing.
- Full remote control over Windows, Sunroof and Convertible Top: Windows, Sunroof or the whole Convertible Top mechanism can be operated conveniently from the original key fob remote.
- For extra safety and visibility: Hazard Lights flash during remote roof operation (if desired).
- Automatic door lock and unlock feature optionally locks doors upon drive-off and unlocks the doors when the engine is switched off and the key removed.
- Chirp on lock/unlock: If activated, the horn will give brief "chirp"signals when locking/unlocking the car.
- SurroundLight: All turn signal lights (blinkers) can be activated to stay lit up for 30 seconds at any time by remote.
- Park Assist automatically dips down the passenger mirror in reverse gear.
- User programmable: All features can be individually enabled or disabled. Some also allow different personal preferences to be set. All settings are retained even if the car battery is disconnected.
- Comfortable bilingual plain text setup menu (English/German), compatible with small and big display screens.
- Shop/Diagnose mode: The smartTOP can be set to be completely passive, as if it was not installed at all. It becomes invisible to diagnostic tools.
